I do residential appraisals in Cullman County, Alabama and on Smith Lake in Cullman, Walker and Winston Counties. I have an active real estate brokers license and am a charter member of the Cullman Association of Realtors. I have developed several subdivisions in the city of Cullman, Smith Lake and in Eva, Alabama. I built out over a 100 garden homes and with this experience have kept up with costs of construction in the Cullman, Hanceville, Garden City, Holly Pond, Fairview and other small towns in Cullman County. Also, Smith Lake area of the above three counties.
